About

I started my career as an actor in Vancouver, BC, guest-starring on several major television shows and various movie-of-the-weeks, until I landed my most notable role as Crewman Specialist Cally on the hit sci-fi series, Battlestar Galactica. I never thought Hollywood would be my final destination, but I loved the work and met a lot of really incredible people. While acting, I also took night classes at university and volunteered at a local women’s shelter. Watching my dad struggle with addiction and homelessness was a big part of what motivated me to help people and try to understand more deeply the complexities of the human condition. It wasn’t until I took classes with Executive Success Programs (ESP) that I found a model that encapsulated both the theory and practical tools to root out limiting beliefs and achieve greater happiness and success. I was so moved by the education that I became a coach and made profound changes in my own life, that also lead to my father transforming his.

Careful what you wish for: Not only did my journey lead me to discover some great tools for understanding and evolving the human psychodynamic; it also lead me to witness firsthand some of the best, and worst, of being human. Through direct exposure to the corruption in the criminal justice system, inhumane conditions in prisons, and the lies that fuel popular media narratives and destroy people’s lives, I am awake to the need for truth, reason, honor, and compassion in today’s divisive and over-politicized society. I hope to be an example of that change and of service to those who need support.
